If the sender is a legal entity
Cargo acceptance for transportation is carried out only in the presence of accompanying documents.
When submitting cargo by the head of the organization, they must present an identity document* and a document confirming authority (copy of appointment decision, extract from EGRUL).
- Completed loading ticket (issued after cargo handover)

- Recipient details and contact phone
- Documents confirming cargo ownership and declared value
